Vehicle theft is the single thing prestige buyers in London worry about most, and they raise it in the showroom whether or not you bring it up. Right now, most dealers answer it by sending the customer away to find an installer — which loses the margin, loses control of the standard of work, and leaves the customer solving a problem your competitor might have solved for them.
Offering insurance-approved security as part of the handover changes that. It gives the finance office a margin line at a time when income from traditional products has been squeezed, it differentiates you against dealers who do not offer it, and it reduces the post-delivery calls that come when a car is stolen three weeks after it left your forecourt.
A security package added at the point of sale replaces income lost elsewhere in the finance office, without adding a product your team has to be trained to sell.
Very few dealers offer Thatcham-accredited security as standard. Being the one that does is a reason for a buyer to choose you over the same car elsewhere.
A car stolen shortly after handover becomes your problem reputationally, whatever the paperwork says. Insurance-approved tracking materially reduces that risk.

Certain models attract far more attention than others. If you regularly stock Range Rover, Land Rover Defender, BMW, Mercedes or Porsche, your customers are already being quoted higher premiums or being asked by insurers to fit a tracker before cover starts.
We are Thatcham-accredited and a Meta Trak approved installer. Every system we fit is insurance approved, and certification is issued at the point of installation.
We also fit Apple CarPlay and Android Auto retrofits and dash cameras, both of which sell well at handover on older prestige stock, and run a full automotive concierge service for collection, storage and detailing.
We do not publish trade rates, because the right arrangement depends on what you prepare, what you want to offer your customers and how you would rather present it. Some dealers pass enquiries to us and take a fee; others build the security package into the vehicle and present it as their own.
