How our coverage actually works

We are a fully mobile service. There is no workshop to visit and no dealership trip — we come to your home, office or storage with everything needed to complete the work, including our own lighting and power supply, which matters more than it sounds when the car is in an unlit mews or a barn with no socket.

Travel, charges and what is included

Mobile installation is free within five miles of our Holland Park base (W11 4QR). Beyond that a travel charge applies and it is confirmed inside your fixed quote before you book, never added afterwards. Parking costs, the Congestion Charge and ULEZ are passed on at cost where they apply — we do not mark them up, and we tell you which of them affect your address when we quote.

What we need to know about your parking

A fitting takes two to three hours for a tracker and longer for a tracker-and-immobiliser package, and we need to be beside the car for all of it. That makes the parking situation the single most useful thing you can tell us:

• A residents' or permit bay — we will need a visitor permit or scratch card from you, or we work from a single yellow outside the loading restriction. Central London boroughs differ, and Westminster's hours run later than most.
• An underground or communal car park — the easiest conditions we get, but most need the resident to authorise a contractor with the concierge, and some have a height limit our van will not clear. Tell us the block and we check it in advance.
• A private drive or garage — no permit, no restriction hours, and we can take the time to route the wiring properly. If the drive is long, steep or gravelled, mention it.
• A gated private estate — St George's Hill, Wentworth and similar need us cleared at the gatehouse before we set off. A code or a name is all it takes.

Lead times

Central and West London are usually the soonest — we are based in Holland Park, so W8, W11, W14, SW3, SW7 and SW10 often have a slot the same week. Surrey runs as half-day routes taking in Cobham, Esher, Weybridge, Virginia Water and Ascot together, which is why multi-car households in those postcodes get better value doing everything on one visit. North London and the Richmond and Wimbledon side sit between the two.

The list above is where we work most often, not a boundary. We cover all of London, Surrey and the Home Counties, and if you are further out we will tell you honestly whether the travel makes sense rather than quoting a number and hoping.
