Every storage location ACR Automobile uses is secured and covered by CCTV, with controlled access and an address we do not publish. Depending on availability and what you book, your car may be allocated an indoor or an outdoor space — we tell you which one in writing before you pay, and we will not move a confirmed indoor booking outdoors without asking you first. Battery conditioning, climate-controlled space, scheduled checks and live monitoring are available as extras, and are included only where your booking confirmation says so.
Where preparation before release is part of your booking, cars are handed back ready rather than cold: charged, pressures and fluids checked, run, and with an MOT, service or detail arranged if you want one. Give us notice and we will deliver it to your door, in London, Surrey or wherever you happen to be. Collection and delivery are included only if your quote says so, and storage extensions depend on availability — we will agree the rate with you before extending.
