The thing that shapes a Victoria fitting is traffic rather than access. The other half of Victoria is underground. The Nova development, Cardinal Place and most of the Buckingham Palace Road blocks have resident or office parking below them, and those are the easiest jobs we do anywhere - lit, covered, and no permit in play. The one thing to check is whether the building lets contractors in. Several of the Victoria blocks want the managing agent notified in advance and the concierge will ask to see our insurance before the barrier goes up.
