For anything low, rare, freshly painted or simply too valuable to add miles to, we use covered and fully enclosed transport instead. We will tell you which one your car actually needs rather than defaulting to whichever is easier for us.
We deliver to main dealers, independent specialists, bodyshops, detailers, storage facilities, auction houses, ports and private addresses. If the destination is one of our own services — storage, detailing, servicing — the whole chain is handled under one point of contact and one set of updates.
Your confirmation states whether the car will be driven, carried on an open transporter or carried enclosed, along with the collection and return addresses, the agreed time windows, who is authorised to hand the vehicle over and receive it, the price, and whether tolls, parking, congestion charges and waiting time are included. You provide keys and access instructions, and a car that is going to be driven needs to be roadworthy with enough fuel or charge for the journey — tell us about faults, warning lights, immobilisers and any unusual controls before we arrive. Where changes or extra journeys add to the price, we will explain and agree that with you beforehand wherever it is reasonably possible.
