Some cars have no factory screen worth integrating into — an older 911 or Boxster came with a cassette or CD head unit, and a modern aftermarket stereo ruins the interior. Porsche’s own answer is PCCM Plus: a head unit built by Porsche Classic that drops into the original aperture and looks like it left the factory that way.
A 7-inch touchscreen unit from Porsche Classic — genuine Porsche, not a copy — designed for the double-DIN aperture in the cars below. Period-correct styling, so the dashboard still reads as original.
Apple CarPlay, navigation with 3D maps, DAB+ radio, Bluetooth hands-free and audio streaming, USB and AUX, and an input for a reversing camera if you want one added.

PCCM Plus is the double-DIN unit, and it is a Gen 1 part: the 911 (996 and 997.1), Boxster (986 and 987.1) and Cayman (987.1). Gen 2 cars from 2009 came with PCM 3.0 or 3.1 and take a CarPlay retrofit into that screen instead. Air-cooled and earlier cars — 911 up to 993, 924, 944, 968 and 928 — take the single-DIN PCCM instead. Send us a photo of your centre console and we’ll tell you which one your car takes.
