Most chauffeur bookings are made blind — a phone number, a price, and whoever turns up on the day. That is a poor fit for anyone who cares who sits in their car and how it is driven. ACR Automobile arranges chauffeuring through drivers we already work with: licensed, insured, discreet, and used to prestige and performance vehicles rather than intimidated by them.
We cover the routine and the unusual. Airport runs to Heathrow, Gatwick, City and Farnborough. A driver for the working week. An evening out where nobody wants to think about parking. A wedding, a shoot, a client visit, a track day convoy. Where the journey continues by air, we arrange private aviation through the same single point of contact.
Two arrangements are available. We can supply the vehicle — an executive saloon, SUV or something considerably more interesting — or we can provide a chauffeur for the car already sitting on your driveway, which many owners of collectable cars prefer. Self-hire is available where you would rather drive yourself.
Your booking confirmation says which arrangement applies, and sets out the itinerary, the pickup time, the hours or mileage included, and the agreed rates for waiting time, overtime or extra journeys. Tell us passenger numbers, luggage, accessibility needs and any child seats when you enquire. Where you supply the car, it needs to be roadworthy and legal for the journey, and we will confirm the driver and vehicle insurance arrangements with you before the service starts.
